Astronaut Veigar

Hell have one of those old USSR helmets with the visor blacked out except for his face with all the traditional suit stuff. His staff is normal except instead of the little crystal its a rotating moon. His Q looks like a blue comet his W is a flaming meteor crashing to the ground and his E is a lunch pad and a shuttle launches from the center and when it starts to launch it sets the target area in fire ( doesnt do damage ) and makes a circular wall of fire his R he summons a space ship that drops its extra rocket on the target. His walking animation is him bounding in a less gravity situation and his sprinting his riding a moon buggy.
