Is Swain cursed from getting a skin? He has three skins and other people keep getting skins. Just wondering if he can't get a skin due to a rework or something like that.

Be nice. He has one in the making but it has never been released. Don't know if they will. Riot tends to aim at popularity vs tradition. There are several champs that haven't been touched in a rework or skins.
Yea I see the popular side of things. Hate Riot for that. Then they are gonna re work Warwick, my main jungle, just cuz he isnt popular.
