Why is Braum gonna have more skins than Swain, Zac, Yorick, Viktor, Urgot , etc.

So I main Swain and I been waiting for around a year for a new Swain skin. And He still hasn't got one since 2012. Fizz has gotten two skins this season. Ahri got two skins this season. That's just two champions. I pretty sure there is more. Pls Rito. And I know how Rito goes off of popularity but Zac is popular right now. Where his skin at? Swain was broken at one point and he was banned everygame. Where his skin at? But just because Ahri gets more she gets two skins. Cmon bruh.

Popularity isn't the sole consideration. The ease of skinning a model plays a huge factor. Zac is a giant blob. There is not a lot to be done with that beyond Chromas.

I mean, how is it hard to make a Zac skin. Just do a re color. Or give him armor or clothing. Riot has so much money but they can't even keep up with skins.
