Prisma - The Crystal Weapon

The old legends speak of a crystal cavern deep in the Ironspike Mountains. It is said that any man bold or foolish enough to try and find it can emerge with a treasure greater than all the riches in Runeterra. However, if the legends hold true, it is also fiercely guarded by a group of ancient guardians as old as Runeterra itself. They are sentient beings of crystal whom many have regarded, much like the cavern they protect, as being pure myth...until recently.

Through whispers between winds, tales between leaves, and cries between all manner of creatures, word of the warrior Taric has reached the fabled cavern. His existence troubled the ancient protectors. He has a mastery of a power that has not existed in time beyond time. What is he? Is he the one of prophecy? The ancients decided that they must know. So, they sent a weapon even they cannot remember crafting to find their answers by any means necessary. Prisma, a weapon that once shaped the very landscape of Runeterra, now enters the Field of Justice to find and interrogate one man as to the origin of his peculiar powers. Anything that gets in the way of that singular goal... Shall. Be. Broken.

"Even the light breaks before me. What chance do you stand?" ---- Prisma

Due to my inability to draw, I have chosen this image as a suitable representation of Prisma. However, a little less humanoid would be fine by me, but this will do. Credit goes to zekehimberry95 for their unwitting, yet hopefully approving and gracious, assistance in Prisma's creation.

Statistics: Primary Role: Mage Secondary Role: Support Resource: Mana

Health: 560 (+80 per level) Health per 5: 5.42 (+0.55 per level) Mana: 320 (+45 per level) Mana per 5: 7 (+0.6 per level) Attack Range: 500 units Attack Damage: 52 (+3.3 per level) Attack Speed: 0.625 (+2.3% per level) Armor: 22 (+2.2 per level) Magic Resist: 30 (+0 per level) Movement Speed: 330

Abilities:

Passive [Refraction] - 2/3/4% of damage taken is reflected back to the attacker as true damage. [Fracture] - Dealing damage to an enemy gives it a stack of Fracture, reducing damage dealt by 2% per stack, up to 5 stacks. Stacks last for 8 seconds.

Q: Crystallize Cost: 30/35/40/45/50 Mana Cooldown: 7/6/5/4/3 Seconds

Launch a crystal shard that deals 30/80/130/180/230 + (0.15 AP) magic damage to the first target hit and surrounding enemies. Enemies hit by Crystallize gain a stack of Fracture.

W: Crystal Break Cost: 65/75/85/95/105 Mana Cooldown: 14/12/10/8/6 Seconds

Nearby enemies lose all stacks of Fracture and take 20/35/50/65/80 + [ [10/20/30/40/50 + (0.15 AP)] per stack lost] magic damage.

E: Prismatic Wall Cost: 75 Mana Cooldown: 23/21/19/17/15 Seconds

Create a passable 3-panel barrier of light that amplifies the damage of all ally projectiles by 3/6/9/12/15% and decreases the power of all enemy projectiles by 2/4/6/8/10% for 2.5 seconds.

R: Crystal Body Cost: 100 Mana Cooldown: 100/90/80 Seconds

Prisma takes 150/135/120% additional damage and reflects [45/57.5/70 + (0.02 AP)]% of damage taken as magic damage back to the attacker for 1.2/2.1/3 seconds. Reflected damage takes on the form of crystal shards that travel at 3000 units per second. While under the effects of Crystal Body, Prisma's damage taken is unaffected by Fracture.

Housekeeping: Please comment with suggestions, things you liked, things you didn't like, things that need to be nerfed, buffed, etc. Just reply with how you feel Prisma would fair in the League of Legends. Questions and concerns are also very very welcome.

To be perfectly honest, I'm incredibly curious as to what the community has to say about Crystal Body. Some hypothetical situations yield it being quite overpowered while others not so much, and usually at incredible cost to Prisma's health. However, the numbers are working out well with what I wanted them to be...until that one guy posts his dissertation on Reasonable Power vs. Cost in League of Legends.

If you made it this far, thank you! If you skimmed to the bottom, thank you! And remember, leave a comment so I know what to fix next time, haha. (First time doing this, try not to be too brutal XD)
