Team Builder

I really think team builder is a great step in the right direction, but its not really a team builder, and your punished for trying to use it that way with longer timers ( declining champions because you want more damage or a tank )

My thoughts are kind of jumbled and I don't post often so sorry if it dosnt come off as pretty, and if you have any questions feel free to ask and I'll do my best to answer.

Queing up as a team captain, you should get much more say on your team, you shouldn't be able to force other players into doing what you want,but you should be able to manage. Let's say you have a team of a Darius, Fizz, Udyr, Soraka, and Jinx. You think your team needs some more cc / tankiness and your team agrees, so Fizz chooses a different champion, and before it switches a little icon pop up to the team captain ( sort of like when switching champions in draft mode ) Asking the team captain if he should allow it.

This lets your team really be able to communicate and manage your team, currently if you want to do this, you have to decline decline decline repeatedly until you get lucky, or just don't do it at all.

I think having this in team builder, would really make it a team builder, picking and choosing to make the best team or the team you want.
