continually evolving ryze

SO a few weeks ago i posted an idea on riot support's twitter and was told to post it here because one of the mods on the twitter page thought it was an insanely cool idea. His words.

So my idea is this. Ryze is a champion that gets reworked and changed constantly anyway and i thought that he's the best candidate to be the first official champion to have a regular schedule for reworks every 4 years or so to continue to push the bar on what it means to play him and tie in with his scroll possibly giving him new abilities and powers as he carries it. He would get a rework every few years so that hes constantly evolving and changing and keeping ryze players always thinking. on his travels he would learn to use his magic in new and exciting ways to protect the scroll to keep it out of the hands of anyone else.
