Turret Update
Turrets provide little threat right now, and so I propose a change to fix that.
Current Damage Statistics
- All Turrets: 0.833 Attack Speed (1 attack every 1.2 seconds as a projectile). 30% Armor Penetration. +40% damage each strike against an enemy champion up to 120% increased damage, resetting 3 seconds after the last shot that has hit an enemy champion.
- Outer: [152-278]. 152 at 0 seconds. (+9), 161 at 30 seconds. (+9 every minute), maxing at 278 at 13 minutes and 30 seconds in the game.
- Inner: [170-305]. 170 at 0 seconds, (+9), 179 at 3 minutes. (+9 every minute), maxing at 305 at 17 minutes in the game.
- Inhibitor: [170-305]. 170 at 0 seconds, (+9), 179 at 3 minutes. (+9 every minute), maxing at 305 at 17 minutes in the game.
- Nexus: [150-285]. 150 at 0 seconds, (+9), 159 at 3 minutes. (+9 every minute), maxing at 285 at 17 minutes in the game.
Proposed Damage Statistics
- All Turrets: 2.000 Attack Speed (1 attack every half second as a beam). +10 Armor Penetration each strike against an enemy champion up to 200 total Armor Penetration, resetting 1 second after the last attack that has hit an enemy champion.
- Outer: [75-151]. 75 at 0 seconds. (+4), 79 at 30 seconds. (+4 every minute), maxing at 151 at 17 minutes and 30 seconds in the game.
- Inner: [85-305]. 170 at 0 seconds, (+4), 89 at 3 minutes. (+4 every minute), maxing at 161 at 21 minutes in the game.
- Inhibitor: [170-305]. 170 at 0 seconds, (+9), 179 at 3 minutes. (+9 every minute), maxing at 305 at 21 minutes in the game.
- Nexus: [75-151]. 75 at 0 seconds, (+4), 79 at 3 minutes. (+4 every minute), maxing at 151 at 21 minutes in the game.
In essence, this flattens the burst damage but slightly increases its total damage output, particularly towards minions. As far as farming "getting minion kill gold", it would make it easier for the more timely players and more difficult for the less timely players.
