Drama Queen (champion idea)

It would be nice to have more comical champions, such as this one that I want to be made. The Drama Queen's basic attack is throwing love notes. Her passive (Dramatic Ending) is active for the entire time that she spends dead. After she dies, she has an overly dramatic death, but the entire time she is being so overdramatic she is acting as a large sight ward, that is unhindered by terrain, and all enemies that she can see is slowed and is steadily injured. Her "Q" ability (Rumor) lets her see in a direction unhindered by bushes and other terrain for a limited amount of time while simultaneously revealing all stealthed units for a short time. Her "W" ability (Name Calling) slows and reduces the damage of the targeted enemy, or speeds up and increases the damage of the targeted ally for a limited time. Her "E" ability (Cheating) lowers the cooldown of her targeted ally's abilities by a percentage of their maximum cooldown. Her "R/Ultimate" ability (Tantrum) causes all enemies to walk away and receive extra damage from her allies' attacks. The story behind the Drama Queen starts with her being the daughter of a rich family. She is in high school, but is brought to this time by accidentally activating an artifact her parents kept. Shortly after arriving to this time, Ryze found her and told her that if she wanted to return back to her own time she would have to kill and harness the powers of Morgana, Veigar, Anivia, and Soraka to create a spell that would send her back. A side effect of activating the time artifact enabled her to be more intense when she chooses to. Now she is on a mission, with a hit list.
