Does this idea not make sense? A white and gold Aurelion Sol with glowing gold abilities like the other Arclight skins.
If not then maybe Underworld Aurelion Sol. A ghostly, cyan coloured version more fitting to the shadow isles along with Twisted Fate and Wukong.
Edit: Found out there's a custom skin for Arclight but it didn't really turn out well...
aurelion sol means golden sun, so a white and gold skin would seem a bit too much I think. also his base/default skin is iirc white-ish on the underside/belly and he has a golden crown (which he wore after being tricked as far as lore goes) . Since his lore is pretty much that he is the creator of the cosmos I think underworld ruler or a void version would be good since he hates the void . It would be a good antithesis to have a corrupt version of him. Maybe even a dark star themed skin like varus and thresh?
What about River Spirit Aurelion Sol? There is a lotteral god named Ao Kuang, which is the Dragon king of the east sea or something like that. Here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ao_Guang
