Abilities:

Passive - Awareness When Clive takes fatal damage, he instead vanishes for 2 seconds and regenerate 15% of maximum Life. 240 seconds cooldown.

Q - Hit'n'Run - 30 mana - 6/5,5/5/4,5/4 seconds cooldown. During 3 seconds Clive gains 20/25/30/35/40 flat moviment speed and his next basic attack within 4 seconds will deal bonus damage (60/70/80/90/100% AD) and gains another 20/25/30/35/40 flat moviment speed during 2 seconds.

W - Super Expanding Bullets Passive - Clive's Magnum bullets expanding in impact dealiing 1/2/3/4/5% missing health as physical damage.

E - Cheap Shot - 80 mana - 20/18/16/14/12 seconds colldown. 600 range. Clive fires a projectile at target unit, dealing physical damage (40/70/100/130/160 +60% bonus AD) and slowing the target by 40% for 1,5 seconds. If the target has a higher health % than Clive, the target is snared and take extra damage (40/70/100/130/160 +60%bonus AD).

R - Killing Contract - 100 mana - 120/105/90 sseconds colldown. Range: Global First Cast- Clives marks an enemy champion for 8/10/12 seconds and all his allies have vision of the enemy marked. The person who kills the marked enemy gains 50/75/100 extra gold. Second Cast - Clives calls one mercenay of his gang to help him in combat. The mercenary has the same status from Clive except AD (60/80/100% of Clive AD). Last for 10 seconds.

This seems a very Vayne-esque champion. I do like the bounty idea but shut down gold is more important and it could really mess up a team fight if placed wrong. Especially in bronze where the people just want gold.
