Ip Champion sales with Rp

I don't know if anyone else would mind if this is a good idea or not, but you know in the Featured items, can we use a like 10% - 15% sale on champions with Ip and Rp cause i think it would be a good idea, but like i said i do not know if anyone else would be glad to have this idea in the game and in the thoughts of the Dev's of League.
