League Client Launcher

I have Restarted my computer multiple times and this problem has still happened, i have also uninstalled the client and reinstalled the client and it still happens. What is the Problem with the League Launcher? All i want to do is play some League and for some damn reason it's all messed up and i can't even update the damn game...please help me on why it's not working..

have you tried running league as admin?

go to the icon for league right click select run as admin

see if that helps
