[Champion Concept] Cryo, The Plasma King
Cryo is a powerful mage that excels in the mid lane, or the jungle. Using his versatile kit he can operate in the front or back lines of battle. Cryo uses powerful blasts of plasma to melt his enemies.
Passive: Soul Burn - Cryo's spells apply 'Vulnerability'. When attacking enemies marked with Vulnerability, Cryo's basic attacks turn into a channeled beam, dealing damage until all the marks are consumed. Vulnerability can stack up to 3 times on a target. The time it takes to channel the beam is based on Cryo's cooldown reduction. Every mark consumed causes the target to take 20/50/90/120 +15% ability power magic damage based on Cryo's ultimate rank. Moving outside of Cryo's attack range causes the beam to fail. If Cryo has (for example) 3 marks of Vulnerability on an opponent and Cryo begins attacking them, even if there are more marks on the opponent, moving outside of the beams range gets rid of all stacks of Vulnerability.
Q: Plasma Burst- Cryo summons an explosion at a target location, dealing damage to nearby enemies after a short cast time. The explosion deals 60/80/100/120/150 +65% magic damage. If only one enemy is hit by Plasma Burst then a 'Plasma Fire' is created at the explosions location. The fire lasts for 3 seconds, dealing 70/80/95/115/135 +80% magic damage per second to nearby enemies. Cryo heals for 5/10/15/20/25 % of the damage the Plasma Fire deals.
W: Plasma Cannon- Cryo summons a Plasma Orb that after 2 seconds fires in target direction, dealing damage to the first enemy hit, and the enemies around it. The Plasma Orb deals 100/140/230/425/520 +70% magic damage and slows enemies hit. If only 1 enemy is affected by the Orb then they are stunned instead.
E: Plasma Rift-- Cryo starts summoning Plasma Energy underground at target location, exploding after a channel. The explosion deals 75/100/150/200/285 +85% magic damage to enemies hit and slightly knocks up enemies affected. If only 1 enemy is affected by the damage then they are knocked up longer and knocked slightly towards Cryo.
R: Plasma Cry- Select a target location, and drag to a target direction, and Cryo will drop 5 bolts of plasma from the sky in a line. Each bolt deals 40/75/100 +70% magic damage. Cryo can cast this ability 4 times before going on cooldown.
