Spin a champion!

(This post has a chance of inducing stupidity for I do not know a bad forums post from a good one)

I was thinking that as a player that has a hard time picking what champion to buy since I don't quite main a roll, perhaps you could, let's say, 4800 IP to spin the wheel. Spinning the wheel will randomly choose a champion worth how much IP you paid. Basically it's like a mystery gift, except it's too yourself, it costs IP, and you can only get something worth how much you paid.
