Convert IP to RP / vice versa

So for a 975 skin it would require 20k IP

I honestly don't even know if that's a fair conversion. I feel like it should be higher (Ip requirement-wise)

I have 16k IP left before I own all currently available champions. I wish I kept better track of how fast I can farm IP atm.

I had an idea where during events or as a reward for good behavior where summoners get a boost that coverts IP into RP but it wouldn't count first win of the day or IP boost.
