BOTS IN ARAM ( riot wtf )

these players cannot be real people. i mean LOOK AT THEIR STATS.
except for Annie, ofc, they're bots or some shit. how do you let people like that play ? they ruin the game by feeding and doing absolutely NOTHING TO HELP OUT IN GAME. riot please control the mobs of bots, they ruin every game.
( you can notice if someone is a bot if they take Oracle's Extract )
