When if ever will the victorious skins be released?

Victorious skins are only awarded to players ranked Gold and above during the season they belong to. There is no other way to get them. Also, that is Championship Shyvana, not Victorious. The other one is Elise. oh ya and J4

you forgot victorious J4. but yep. like valk said. you will never. ever. get these skins if you missed them. unless you buy an account of course.
