*Officer Thresh Skin Idea

I have a new skin idea for Thresh and it is called Officer Thresh (or any other name like that). The skin will include-

• Handcuffs instead of a hook. The chain attached to the handcuffs could either be between either handcuff (one of the handcuffs will be attached to his own arm) or the hand cuffs will be normal and they will just be attached to a chain that is attached to his belt. (I prefer the first idea)
• A police radio instead of a lantern. The radio will have one of those rubber twirly wires that will attach to his belt.
• Instead of having green walls for his ultra he will have those little orange police/traffic poles that have the police "Do not cross" tape on it.
• Him collecting evidence instead of souls. This could range from lots of things, like drops of blood or pieces of paper Instead of him being crazed about collecting souls he will be crazed about arresting people and putting them to jail(in place of a lantern). I think this is a great idea and it will also tie in with the other officer skins you've created. Thank you
