Champion Concept: Rosa The Sacrificial Witch.

Rosas role would be a Tank/Support being able to heal, shield, and grant her allies damage reduction and boost their stats. I would see her having a relatively higher skill cap but still be simple enough to pick up. Rosa does not use mana or have any resources beside her health costs to her abilities. Building health regen, armor, magic resist and health would be optimal for her.

Passive: Santeria Casting spells grants Rosa stacks of Santeria. The stacks fall off one by one after 5 seconds of not casting. They would fall at about the same rate as Jax passive stacks.

1 Stack: 5% Increased mana 2 Stacks: 5% Increased Health 3 Stacks: 5% Increased Ap 4 Stacks: 5% Increased AD 5 Stacks: Doubles all stacks for 5 seconds and resets to zero after the duration. Additionally Santeria can be shared with another ally if the are affected by Brujeria, this effect lasts as long as Brujeria is active. (Insight) This passive is extremely powerful as long as Rosa is able to keep all the stacks going so holding off on using spells and keeping stacks at 4 before a fight will grant her and an ally a huge advantage when they enter a fight if Rosa is able to cast Brujeria to activate the full power of her passive and share it with an ally.

Q: Navaja De Tormento. Cost 5% Max Health. Rosa summons a blade of torment, throwing it in a targeted direction hitting the first enemy champion dealing damage. The blade passes through minions and and stays attached to the enemy cursing them, crippling them for 3 seconds and slowing them by 40% for 1.5 seconds. (Insight) So the cripple would be the same as Cass w cripple. It will make it so enemy champions can't use mobility spells for the 3 seconds they're cursed with the blade. This new form of cc is quite unique and would be nice to see more of it in game. Deals 60/110/160/210/260 magic damage. 70% AP scaling. 13/12/11/10/9 second cool down.

W: Armor De Huesos. Cost 5% Max Health. Rosa creates a shield that reduces incoming damage by 10/11/12/13/14% scaling by level, for 4 seconds or until it breaks. If a target with Armor De Huesos dies while this abiltity is active the cool down is refunded. The Shield also protects an ally for 80/110/140/170/200 damage. 30% AP scaling + (5% Max Health Scaling). 15/14/13/12/11 second cool down.

E: Remedio De Sangre. 10% Max Health. Rosa infuses her blood with a spell to heal an ally for 60/90/120/150/180 health and grants them additional healing based on how much health Rosa sacrificed, 50% of the health sacrificed for additional healing, the extra health is also delayed by 1.5 seconds. 16/14/12/10/8 second cool down. (Insight) As we all know the dps queen of healing is Soraka, so this healing is meant to round up Rosas' kit with a bit of healing while also granting her viability in the late game as a healer tank.

R: Brujeria Rosa chants a curse to connect her and another ally's lives together, the curse takes 1.5 seconds to activate and steals 10% max health from both Rosa and her ally. During this time Santeria will be shared with her ally granting them both the ability to stack Santeria and benefit from the buffs. As the center of the curse Rosa will suffer the most harm, for 5/6/7 seconds base don level, all damage taken by Rosa's ally will be split with her by 50%. If either champion takes fatal damage the curse is consumed and returns 150% of the health initially taken from either champion to the survivor and the ability ends early. If both champions survive through the curse their initial health stolen will be returned to both champions. 120/110/100 second cool down. (Insight) For how amazing this ability is it might need a bigger cool down. Although it does have great risk it has an even bigger reward. Pulling off this ult to save a mid laner or an adc and grant them the stacks of Santeria could very well be the deciding factor in a team fight. Or you could make your front line even more tanky. Imagine ulting and Alistar that has already ulted and they literally take no damage whatsoever and they could still deal damage thanks to Santeria, oh the possibilities.

I have a slight lore set in mind for Rosa although I still have some details to work out, but basically Rosa was always attracted to the Shadow Isles with the mystery surrounding it and the stories she heard always peaked her curiosity. She wanted to learn the secrets of the shadow Isles and the power that was hidden beneath the earth. She prepared for her voyage to the Isles and set off to discover just what the island was hiding. As she approached the shores she could feel a a strange presence luring her, she tried to ignore the immense amount of dread that was slowly consuming her, yet something was always on the back of her mind pushing her forward and narrowing her focus towards this presence that whispered to her. As she walked through the jungles she finally found what was calling to her, a small shrine with with a necklace placed right on top. Rosa, unable to control her attraction to this necklace she reached out slowly but before she could touch it an ominous smoke erupted from the necklace followed by a black hand that met hers. The being seeped through her skin and into her veins consuming her being, paralyzed all Rosa could do was cry, not a single sound came out of her mouth but the tears fell from her face as if all the humanity left in her body was being forced out in the form of tears. When Rosa woke up she had no recollection of what had happened the being in the necklace had become one with her, sharing a body, mind, and soul. She didn't know it's name or if it was ever even human, but she knew what this being had done to her, she realized she was possessed and that this thing had granted her power. All she could do now is try to find a way to get it out of her, if at all possible, she left the Shadow Isles and started seeking help wherever she could, but the lust of death and the whispers of remorse always present in the back of her mind haunted her until she eventually found the Institute of War, hoping one of the great mages would be able to help her. But deep down inside she was also grateful she could finally give into the being inside her to ease her mind and hopefully not lose herself in the process.

Omfg, something like this would make me switch from ADC/JUNGLE to SUPPORT xD I like everything, even the spell names since the only languages I can relate with Witches are Latin and Slavic languages. The only thing I don't agree with is the damage, I think it's just to high for support that is meant to build tanky.

Even Like her name tho :D But I doubt Riot is gonna to put the foreign words anywhere since everything is in english.
