[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Frieda, The Battlefield Saint.

Hi how are ya, I've been working on a champion concept for a new support champion since I really like playing support, and I feel like I kinda get sick of playing the same 3 or 4 mage/utility supports like Lulu, Nami, and Sona. So I created a new concept for a support with not too much damage to instead focus on her insane utility and and new mechanics for the game. Her difficulty is pretty low, anyone could pick her up but it would take many games to master her since her learning curve would be pretty high learning to balance out her passive, learning when to heal and when to attack, also setting up for her ultimate to make sure it goes off to secure a team fight or skirmish. Give me any feed back on her kit and if you guys would think it would be cool to have her in the game! Thank you.

Frieda is a medical agent on the battlefield known for her creative ways of aiding her allies while causing problems for her enemies. As a former Doctor in Zaun, she volunteered to help aid the wounded in the war between Demacia and Noxus. As any doctor would be she was curious about all the knowledge she could gather and apply to new ways of not only healing the wounded but to help soldiers survive. She would operate on some soldiers without their knowledge to see how the human body reacted to her experiments, she didn't mean to cause harm and she never did, at least on purpose. She only wanted to help create ways to aid soldiers in durability and survive-ability. Yet she could only improve so much on already damaged vessels, she needed a new way to test her creations on bodies that didn't easily sustain damage, and so she turned her attention to the Institute Of War where she could run tests over and over without any re-precautions or limitations.

Passive: Medical Anarchy Frieda can auto attack allies to heal them for 10 x (champion rank). Against enemy champions, the heal amount is converted into magic damage on hit.

Q: Adrenaline Boost Frieda offers a specially crafted potion to one of her allies placing it in their inventory. (If there is no available room the potion will be consumed immediately) Allied champions can carry up to 2 potions at a time that only use one item slot. The effects of Adrenaline boost do not stack, instead, drinking a second potion while the first is still active will reset the duration of Adrenaline Boost. When a potion is consumed it grants 15/20/25/30/35% attack speed, and half the mount movement speed for 4 seconds. Costs 50 mana to create a potion and it is stored on an ammo system. If Frieda does not have enough mana to create a potion it will do so whenever she has at least 100 mana available. Frieda can hold up to 2 potions on her at all times, and a new potion is created every 30 seconds. This cool down is not affected by CDR.

W: Reflex Paralysis Frieda throws a long range poison coated needle that punctures a critical point in an enemy. The poison seeps into their blood system damaging nerves and tendons reducing movement speed by 35% for 3 seconds and stunning the target at the end of the duration by 1 second. Costs 60/65/70/75/80 mana. Deals 50/60/70/80/90 +(30% AP) damage for the slow duration; And an extra 50/70/90/110/130 + (30% AP) damage when they are stunned. 12/11/10/9/8 second cool down.

E: Surgical Enhancement Frieda amplifies an allied champions defensive capabilities granting them bonus armor and magic resist equal to 15% of her Ap. Additionally it will grant them a shield equal to 10% of their max HP for 4 seconds. 14/13/12/11/10 second cool down.

R: Muscle Memory Frieda demonstrates one of her most powerful creations on the battlefield; She injects an ally with parasites that affect the brain and muscles, effectively refreshing their ultimate cool down completely for 3/4/5 seconds allowing them to re-cast with in the thresh hold limit. If not used within this time the parasites are overwhelmed by anti bodies and are killed off effectively proving no negative side effects, however, if they prove their function it will cost the users body exhausting them of their ultimate cool down by and extra 50%. Costs 150/125/100 mana. 120/110/100 second cool down. Using this ability has a .75 second wind up, immobilizing both Frieda and the targeted ally as she injects the parasites, also allies cannot be further than 175 units away from Frieda for her to be able to use her ultimate. Dashing of blinking as she is about to apply the parasites cancels the ultimate.

I'm just gonna stop on that passive. 180 healing on auto attacks is ludicrous, especially with the enemy magic damage part. That's a mid game Kayle E all the time, but also a Soraka W on auto attacks. That's... That's totally broken. Build a Ruunaans as a support, heal 3 people for 180 every second for no cost. Genius.

I love this concept, especially the passive, so unique! One comment I can make is if you have mana cost for the passive. That way you can't just stand still and heal your ally, that's broken. That's all, I love how you made her abilities and personality. Most people struggle with this, but your a natural!
