Class changed from Marksman to Juggernaut -- instead of being weak spammer ADC, he could be ranged tanky fighter, who keeps enemies close, but fights them at some range advantage. Base health increased from 587 – 2100 to 602 -- 2180 Range increased from 425 to 500 Magic resist increased from 30.0 to 26 -- 50 Armor changed from 24.5 – 80.6 to 30 -- 80.6 Zaun-Touched Bolt Augmenter (P) -- basic attacks and Q stacks stacking debuff up to 3 times. At 3rd stack, hitting enemy with Q will cause remaining cooldown of Q be removed and all stack of this passive will be consumed. Acid Hunter (Q) -- deal 15% less damage, but now grants temporal shield (current W) and slows enemy hit. Cooldown increased. Terror Capacitor (W) changed into Terror Catapult -- jump into nearby targeted area, dealing low damage to all enemies in this area and slow them. Your next Q will also knock back enemy hit. Noxian Corrosive Charge (E) -- instead of going only into targeted area, it should go in a straight line and explode at the end, affecting all enemies who touch it. Still works as lock-on for Q. Last 20% longer, but deal 10% less damage. In addition, armor removed from enemy champions should be added to you as a temporal buff. Hyper-Kinetic Position Reverser (R) -- cooldown is removed, if you kill an enemy champion within 5 sec of using this ability, but it no longer fears nearby enemies.

This suggestion makes me think you don't understand what a juggernaut is supposed to be

A juggernaut:

  • Tanky Easily kited No range Small amount of CC High damage

Think about those before you call a champion juggernaut, but yea I think Urgot could be some kind of "Tank adc" which would be good against assasins.
