[CHAMPION CONCEPT] Inedia - The Hunger For Life

This is meta breaker solo bot lane champion. Yes, i am not crazy, i want to create a solo bot lane champion. Goals:
- Champions should benefit from going 1v2;
- Champions shouldn't get same benefits while playing 1v1 in top;
- Champions should be able to farm easily against range enemies;
- Champion should be able to deal with harass and pokes;
- Champion should be carry oriented;
- Champion should be able to stay extended period of time in the lane.
Class: marksman (probably) Attack range: 500
Passive: Greedy and Hungry
- When there is an imbalance of nearby enemy champions ([enemy champions] - [friendly champions including you] > 0), then minion kills will award you with 10% more experience and will heal you for 3/5/7/9/11/13/15/17/19 health. In addition, you will receive 10% more gold from any kills you make, but you will not receive any gold from assisting other champions.
Range: 950
Q: Spirit of Hunger
- Send out a shadowy ghost into targeted area for 5 seconds. It will attack any nearby enemy minion, who is bellow 30% of its maximum health, and enemy champions, who are at any health percentage. This ghost will prioritize to attack enemy champions. Its attacks will execute minions, who are bellow 55 health. Ghost will attack only one enemy at one time. Your ghost can't be attacked.
Range: 800 Ghost's attack radius: 250 Ghost's attack speed: 0.8 (+60/70/80/90/100% of your bonus attack speed) Ghost's attack damage: 30/45/60/75/90 (+70% of your bonus attack damage) Cooldown: 8/7/6/5/4 seconds + 5 seconds of duration Mana cost: 60/64/68/72/76
W: Shadow Scythe
- Throw a shadow scythe in front of you. It will deal 70/90/110/130/150 (+90% of your attack damage) physical damage to all enemies it pass through. If it pass through an enemy champion, that champion will get his movement speed reduced by 75% for 1 second and scythe will split in a cone pattern into 3 smaller scythes, each dealing 33% of its normal damage. Smaller scythes will have 400 additional range. This ability will execute minions, who are bellow 80/100/120/140/160 health. Enemy will not suffer damage multiple times, if he is touched by same scythe multiple times. Smaller scythes doesn't split and don't slow enemy champions.

E: Dome of Darkness
- At your current location create a stationary area of darkness for 3 sec. Enemies, who are outside of this area, can't see what is happening inside of this area, even if they have ward in there. Only true sight or entering this area can show what is happening inside. Passive: you will take 8/11/14/17/20% less physical damage from projectiles and physical damage dealing ranged basic attacks. This is calculated before armor and other damage reducing effects.

R: Devour Them
- Cause your spirit of hunter to become semi independent for 10 seconds. It will follow you and attack any nearby enemies. Your other abilities will have different effects, while this ability is active. While this ability is active, your ghost can score a critical strikes and will have critical strike chance equal to yours.
- Q - will cause your ghost to rush towards targeted location, dealing 150/200/250% of its normal damage to all enemies it pass through.
- W - shadow scythe will be released out of your ghost, instead of you. It will deal 10/15/20% more damage.
- E - dome will be created at your ghost's current location and will last 0.5 / 1 / 1.5 seconds longer.
- R - cause your ghost to rush to your current location.
Ghost's stats: same as Q. If you haven't ranked it up, rank 1 Q will be used for ghost's stats. Leash range: 900 Cooldown: 120/105/90 seconds Mana cost: 100
