Passive: what do you mean you can cast with either hp or rage how do you pick; also the healing mechanic doesn't make much sense Q: 400 is a very slow travel speed for an ability, especially one that makes you untargetable. LeBlanc's dash is 1450. W: this seems to be an active but functions like a toggle? E: is this just a bigger version of Q? R: the wording here is weird also this seems broken

overall he seems like a typical dragon, going here or there with his abilities but because of this he has too much mobility. try to be specific when describing how abilities work. i don't understand the mechanics of the passive at all, your writing isn't clear.

For the passive you use hp if you run out of rage. You'd have to explain what about the healing doesn't make sense for me to explain it better. As for the q it is meant to be very slow so I was thinking it might need a higher cool down The w doesn't go on cool down till after the effect ends so you activate it the effect lasts for 10 seconds and then it goes on a 10 second cool down. ,The e has different scaling than q and does not make you untargetable just immune to cc. In adition the e is to a location where the q is to a target. And yes the ult is supposed to be ridiculous but very dangerous so it probably needs to consume more rage than i put.
