Concept for new darkin champion

Disclaimer: As I'm not a game designer and have no way to test it I'm going to avoid numbers for the most part

Now to the fun part.

lore: First comes the angle of war, sweeping battles and enticing furry in those that survive his wake. an archon to some a demon to others this immortal being is known as aatrox. while few know of the beings name through legends of glory and terror even fewer know his brother. the voice of hunger, unlike his little brother this being does not choose sides. there are no allies or enemies, no kindness nor cruelties. there is only hunger.

This beast name is Voraas and hunger is unmatched. even the river king submits to his hunger. but Voruu's hunger does not crave flesh nor water, not riches or gold. this one hungers for life itself. A massive hulking creature he wears massive iron knuckles that like aatroxs blade seem to be formed from his naturally chitinous body. often mistaken for a plague his presance rips the life from weaker things causing plants to wither and die while creatures become emaciated and voracious enough to even consume parts of themselves in an attempt to soften the hungers grip.

Passive: All is life: Voraas' health and mana are one and the same forming his life pool which increases from bonus health and mana and is effected by both his health and mana regen, his abilites use this one unified pool as does he receive damage to it. while his abilities dont use mana they function as if they do for the sake of items and abilites that refund or grant mana but at reduced effect.

Q: Mounting hunger: after activation Voraas' life pool drains over time up to 10% of his total. as his life pool drains he gains movement speed, his next basic attack deals bonus damage based on how much life he has forced into it. if this strike kills a champion he heals for 20% of his total health. if it kills an epic monster or tower it heals for 10%, 5% for large monster or cannon minion, and 3% for small monsters and standard minions.

W: Feast and Famine: toggle ability; Feast increases Voraas' life regen based off his health regen + mana regen and his nearby allies by twice that. toggle on to trigger Famine disables Voraas' life regen all together and instead he drains health from nearby enemies based on his health/mana regen.

E: Reactive consumption: costs 10% of total life pool. for the next 5 seconds and spells that strike Vorass are absorbed healing him for 50% of their mana cost (2X cost for energy based spells). Voraas then charges a moderate distances towards the player who fired the ability. if he reaches them he strikes them grounding the target and dealing a small amount of damage. (Vorass will only charge if he has a direct line of sight to the target)

R: Bellowing Consumption: Voraas begins roaring draining mana/energy (up to 20/30/40% of their maximum) from all enemies in an area while silencing all champions (allies included) in the area of effect. after this ability has been active for 1 second Voraas can recast it to detonate the field damaging all enemies in the area based off what he absorbed. max duration of 5 seconds.

personal comments. as i am working under the assumption that aatrox is a horse man of the appocolypse this may or may not be the direction riot would wanna go in. but as i see it they painted him very much as the angle of war and i beleive this would be a good follow up. he is very much meant to be a tank and be especially good against mages. i really just got the idea the other day and wanted to bounce it off some other people to see how it sit. if anyone else knows of similar things with better ideas plz post them, the only things I'm really set on are the passive and ultimate and ill probably continue to make some number estimations after i get a better idea on what would be appropriot. thanks for the inputs pepes and plz keep it civil on my first real forum post.

I love this idea! Tones of extremely unique concepts! The HP and mana regeneration stat and damage scaling kit would bring an entirely new world of possibilities. I'm not sure there are enough items to support him damage wise, but at a pure tank he has a lot of potential!

The only problem I see is his ult, and it has two major problems. Silencing your allies is kind of a big problem. The ability to completely destroy your teams ability to fight or escape from the area is really bad for your team. No one will want him around. The other problem is the mana drain. While unique and cool, Riot tries to stay away from this because it is way overpowered against a large number of champions. I do love the idea, but you might want to consider other options for that ability.

His E sounds a little too much like his Q in some ways. Maybe give him some sort of mobility or ranged skill? Just a thought, like I said, I love his kit. Good luck and keep up the good work!
