Pit Crew Soraka
I don't have an art example since I'm not an artist but I think it's a really neat idea.

imagine the sound for this skin too
Now i'm not sold on the Soraka skin since I'm having a hard time imagining it with soraka. I could see it though as Racecar Driver Blitz, with Refuel-er Gragas, Pit Leader Heimer, Tire Rammus. Could be a cool line of skins really.
