If we're nominating champs for a headless skin, I put forward Ahri. What's more frightening than someone throwing their own head at you? ... And then it coming back!
Or how about SPIRIT BOARD SONA!! dress her as a witch or fortune teller, and throw an orb on her board.
It'll be like that ghost story about the lady with the scarf that she can't take off because its what keeps her head on. Maybe have a scarf on the ground at the fountain that stays there the whole game?
Like the concept, and I love Sona, second champion I ever picked up. But there are a dozen or more champs that this skin would fit better.
