Riot should make a Garrette Wired Champion.

Riot should be able to come up with a champion with this weapon. The three examples of this are Walter from Hellsing, Yashamaru from Basilisk, (but Definitely not like Hitman lol). I know Riots probably kinda top secret about their champions, but i think a champion with this kinda weapon would be interesting. Some feedback?
