They should seperate Lamb and Wolf as two seperate characters? The dream duo as their own Entity.

I think it would be a great idea having lamb with her q, e and duo attacks like lambs e and wolf uses his q to charge bite as he does in lambs e The attacks would be amazing. Input to make this happen would be great.

Kindred should remain as 1 champ. Their theme is that they're both 2 and 1 at the same time.

Their gameplay problem exists in that it over emphasise on Lamb and treats Wolf as a glorified attack animation. Fix that, fix the champ.

They should not be 2 separate entities (assuming I'm reading right in that you're saying that the 2 should be separated into 2 champs).

Kindred should always have been either a transformation (in this case technically swapping, like old Quinn) champion or just two champions. The fact wolf has no limbs... or stomach... or any real impact on the abilities undermines the idea that he chases enemies.

Maybe just turn it into a transformation similar to how kayne changes. One factor dominated by wolf - aggressive damage - the other by lamb who gets a utility slow buff and a bigger heal chunk. Or maybe lamb denies the heal to enemy players on the platform.

What Kindred needs to solidify their aspect of two entities in one is to give Wolf more agency/more impact. Mounting Dread could be reworked to be a skillshot. Either:

  1. have Wolf lunge out as a projectile, lightly damaging, marking and slowing the enemy, then have the same E system of Lamb attacking twice more to consume the mark, then have Wolf consume the enemy. Maybe have him completely wrap around the enemy for the animation of dealing damage. Tempted to add a blind/nearsight debuff for like 0.5 secs. but feel that might be too much.

  2. Have Mounting Dread work as it currently does, but the last proc of the mark allows the E to be reactivated, when reactivated throws out Wolf as a skillshot, allowing him to move further away from Lamb. If he hits an enemy deals damage and or slows... if ground casted positions wolf further, allowing him to use the W further away from Lamb.

Animation-wise, The ult seems soooo much more lamb oriented then Wolf... maybe have a small version of him circle the boundaries of the ult circle.... also maybe give them back the ability to choose where they cast it?

Honestly, Ivern and Daisy are a better duo champion than Kindred. Ivern doesn't feel complete without Daisy at his side, and Daisy doesn't feel complete without Ivern, yet neither feels worthless on their own.
