On one hand Lee Sin is kinda already our resident enlightened monk (he set himself on fire in protest of the Noxian occupation of Ionia), but on the other hand that alone probably wouldn't be a deterrent for any further monk champs. Just as long as there's enough about his lore and his kit to make him unique I suppose, like I sorta tried to do with this guy.

It looks sort of a mix between Leona and Lee Sin with a bit of Soraka. That's what I think.

I'd try to set him as far apart from Lee'Sin as possible (Q dash) and give him an unique power fantasy/role. The kit is pretty bland, but still very powerful: Damage debuff for enemies, a strong heal with a resistance buff and no real cost (compare soraka) and a powerful resistance buff (again) passively and actively.
