The old cursor must be remembered

Can u make a item like the old cursor or with his icon? For example a item where it debuffs the enemy in some way and we know who got debuffed cuz after casting it old cursor would point on a enemy (Attack this guy). Like Zed having shuriken above! Would be fun :D and cursor would never be forgotten :'D
