Pantheon Rework idea - The manliness
So I love pantheon, I love his kit, it's a great kit, but fuck it.
Change his Q to a skillshot. It's a spear it should not be homing. Up the BASE damage, increase the range, make it a skillshot. If you're really sore about not having a homing auto crit execution move then have it pass over minions.
Change his E to a 6 second defense buff that gives him his passive once activated and lowers his movespeed. Spartans would fight with their shields up poking with their spears not DBZ machine gun attacks. Give this moves passive where it crit chances his Q to his ult. He should not turn his Q into an execute at lvl 2.
Change his W to AD scaling and remove the passive activation.
Change his ult to after a 2 second charge Panth jumps really high and becomes untargetable for 10 seconds, after 10 seconds he lands dealing whatever his ult damage is (with AD scaling because fuck AP scaling on AD champs unless they NEED guinsoo) and EVERYONE is slowed (not just the epicenter). Panth can reactivate it to choose a new place to land within a specified range but it will take another 3 seconds to land after a destination is chosen. Lower the area of effect, make the ground he lands a slowed zone that lasts for 5 seconds. Give it the E passive. It just makes sense to give his q and basic attacks execution crits at lvl 6.
Sure it sounds like a bullshit ult escape but so is WW, Shyvana, Kassadin, and TF. And since his ult does something similar it just makes sense that he needs to get a little more usability out of it. It takes longer to activate, it takes longer to land but it's good at going in or getting out. Like WW shyv kass and TF.
Panth doesn't need this rework because he's already a good champ but I think this will make him a funner champ to play. Giving him a skill oriented playstyle since you removed urgots skill oriented playstyle.
