new champ idea

i have an idea about a new demacian champ. my idea uses a warrior clad in full plate weilding a greatsword. his name could be Lion'el and title could be Demacia's justice. i was thiking for his abilities to be more passive except for his ult which could be an execution based on max hp true damage i dont have any concept art as im not the greatest artist. if anyone is willing and likes the idea and is willing to do up a concept drawing as well as ideas as to how the champ could work your criticism and ideas are welcome.
