Kazuchi, The wandering Bladesman Kazuchi is an attack speed, critical strike and semi tank dealing a lot of damage while taking a big beating. Meant for Jungle and Top.

Passive:Decimate Every attack puts a stack of DECIMATE on the target hit. Every 3rd hit on enemy champions, Large monsters and epic monsters Kazuchi gains a (15%, 20%,35%) attack speed buff and deals 3% of the targets maximum health. On small monsters and minions it will only deal 3% of the target's maximum health. Enemies cannot be DECIMATED every 4 seconds (4 seconds, 3.75 seconds, 3.50 seconds, 3.25 seconds) (LvL 1, Lvl 6, LvL 11, Lvl 18)

Q:Excalibur X Strike No Cost 12 second cd-8 second cd-6.5 second cd Passive: Kazuchi Gains a Permanent Damage buff (2%, 3%, 4%, 5%, 6%) Active: Kazuchi attacks enemies in an X cursor in any direction dealing Physical damage

W:Elemental Shield No Cost 17 second cd 13 second cd 9 second cd Active: Kazuchi Shields himself for (50, 100, 150, 200, 250) and the next attack will BURN, SLOW, DECIMATE or FREEZE 35% Chance to BURN, 35% chance to SLOW, 20% chance to DECIMATE and 10% chance to FREEZE Burn deals 3 damage for 2 seconds. Slow will slow enemies for 15% for 1.50 seconds. Decimate will activate your passive the next attack on an enemy. Freeze will stun the enemy for (1.0 second cd, 1.25 second cd, 1.50 second cd) LvL 2, LvL 4, LvL 5

E:Blade of Hades 15 second cd 11 second cd 7 second cd The next attacks will deal (10,15,20,25,30) true damage and deal damage in a circle around you dealing half of your ad for 4 seconds

R:Starburst Assault 120 second cd 100 second cd 75 second cd Kazuchi gains (30%, 50%, 60%) attack speed and 25% armour penetration and 10% Lifesteal for 6 seconds. Every kill or assist will increase the duration by 6 seconds Critical Strikes deal 90% damage not 100% and the max attack speed is 2.0 Max duration after pentakill 30 seconds and reset the cooldown of E completely.

My biggest concern is "No cost", with the description of his abilities, better to give him Mana as a resource.

Passive: interesting

Q - Basically like Master Yi's Wuju style, but a lower damage buff, but comes with a Lucian's Ardent blaze AOE on location.

W - Pick one. Overloaded and random. Decimate would fit more to your theme. I wouldn't give this character a stun.

E - Basically Malphites Brutal strikes, but gives true damage.

R - definitely no. A combination of Master yi's Highlander attack speed and Warwicks life steal from his ult, WITH free Armor Pen. Overloaded with the additional effects (pentakill and free E cooldown).

Your Champion could be the next Yasuo. He lacks counterplay and aside from the shield, very similar gameplay to master yi.

not a strong concept at the moment, other champions already do some of his abilities better.

do we really need another "Bladesman"? boring zzzz
