Other characters within the lores

There are other characters that were mentioned in the lore of each champions. Characters such as Annie's parents, Gregori and Amoline, or the man that stole Viktor's work, Professor Stanwick.

I was wondering if maybe these character could become playable champions or at least make some appearance during game play. I don't know. Just curious thought. If you read the lores of the older champions, you'll learn some other names that were mentioned but aren't really playable. At least not yet depending on Riot's decisions.

Professor Standwick, now a scientist like him, I would find a very good addition to the league, especially when going up against Viktor for a very good rivalry battle.

There's also a prince from Noxus. Makes me wonder what it would look like if facing against Prince Jarvan IV.

I don't know. . . what do you guys think?
