[IDEA FOR NEW CLIENT] Adding a ping monitor / connection test

Hello!

I often bring my laptop with me when I go places (out of town, friends' houses, etc.) and I sometimes try to play League when I'm out. However, not knowing what the connection I'll be on is like, this tends to be a major gamble.

What I'm suggesting is adding a ping monitor or connection test of some kind to the client so one can check their connection to Riot servers before entering a match, for I'm quite certain I'm not the only one who could make use of something like this.

As far as how realistic this is, I haven't the slightest idea because I'm not at all tech-savvy. I do hope it is considered though.
