Annual Vote for Skin

Hi there Community,

I consistently see amazing skin concepts, drawings, and clever ideas for many champion skins designs that you all come up with. I was wondering if anyone else thought it may be a really amazing opportunity to do an annual vote for a skin that Riot would then make at the end of the year.

Example: The community sends in however many skin designs/ options. Drawings or just basic concept ideas into Riot. From there Riot would list all of the skins sent in and suggested. The community (and Rioters wouldget to vote on them). 1 Person 1 Vote. We would vote 4 times. First to narrow them down to top 40, then again to top 20, one more time until there is 10. At this point we can have a Rioter/ or volunteering artist create a rough splash art concept and the community would finally vote for which of the 10 would be made into a skin to be available for all to enjoy. At the end of the season/ year whichever reasonable time frame. Riot would create and produce the skin.

I think this would be a truly unique and fun experience that incorporates both the community and Riot towards creating more awesomeness.
