Ally item Button
I posted this in the Gameplay board and didn't get much response, so i'm re-issuing the discussion on this board.
I believe there should be a button that is on the main HUD next to the items that when you click on it, then the item you want to bind ex. 
, then the allied champ you want to bind it to ex. 
, and then press a key or keys to bind the active to Ex. (Alt+V). So when you press (Alt+V) It will activate on if jinx is in range.
This would help out with the issue most supports have when it comes active items in the game which are really cool but hard to use in the heat of battle. It's hard to both peel, heal, move, attack, etc while using abilities, and summs and use your item active in the little window of opportunity that you have.
Even if its just a "Quick cast item slot _ on nearest champion of cursor position" key bind. It'd still be better than how it is now.
