Bring back the Tribunal for the "Chat"

My friend gave a good point as to why the tribunal should be brought that made me think "Guilty until proven innocent".

It doesn't exist in league.

Rather we have been given an automated system, In which players in the stats screen can "Report" players for abusing the ToS. However, players are finding themselves banned for unknown reasons, because they were "Reported". Just an email is left to their disposal and a very frustrating and unnecessary process begins.

The automated system leaves players feeling like they are in a cold environment and no one there is able to take care of the issue. I have been only playing since season 2 on multiple accounts, but I'm certain that nothing has changed with player interactions, as far as the chat goes. The in-game chat is not part of the play experience, far from it. Ex. When I get into a game of League and I come across a "Toxic" player. I mute them. That's a two step process that takes two seconds to press tab, and click the button next to their name.

The rest of the game Is me playing as a champion in the land of Runeterra, dominating my enemies, and claiming victory as my own.

The real experience is captured In-game. I feel with the automated system, we, as a community are straying away from the true experience of League and it makes me scared. This the only game I can play that keeps me enthralled, feeling fresh every game, adapting to changes, and working to a goal that feels AMAZING to get to. I'd hate to see more players rage that their account got banned because they used profanity, rather than getting banned because they went down Mid and fed the enemy.

I'm seriously disappointed that an automated punishment system exists, because as a customer service representative in the telecommunications field for two years I know this is not how to treat a customer. We consumers deserve a fair system that makes us feel the company cares about growth of the game itself, because there will always be annoying players who are toxic and unhelpful, and I've won 4v5's, it's difficult. I just don't feel it's as difficult as seeing players get punished for reasons easily avoidable.

So Riot,

If you are "listening and making changes" as you stated in "The Summoners Code" section 2. Then please take this into consideration, because I love this game. I want to complete that love by knowing that I as a player will not be judged solely by what I say, but rather my actions in game.
