An Idea for a New Champ

I haven't completely developed this guy yet but I have his kit though out. He has 2 swords That he uses but only has one out at a time. His Q will cycle through them.

**Skills **

Passive- Duel Sword Style: Every 15 points of ad you build you get 2 ap. Every 10 points of ap you build you get 1 ad. Does not stack within itself

Q- Deathbringer/Spellbringer: He has 2 swords he can cycle through. When he has Deathbringer out every 4th auto attack he will swing violently doing 10(+10 per level)(+.3 ad) extra damage on his auto attack. With Spellbringer out every third auto attack he will charge spellbringer to do 30(+12 per level)(+.8 ap) magic damage on his auto attack.

W- Dual Slash: He swings both of his blades in a wide arc in front of him slowing his opponent by 20/25/30/35/40%. On his left he hits with magic damage doing 40/60/80/100/120(+.5 ap) and on his right he does physical damage doing 40/60/80/100/120(+.5 ad). If the enemy stands directly in front of him there is a sweet spot that both blades hit doing both the damages. 8 sec cooldown

E- Brute Force/ Mystical Charge: this ability depends on which blade this guy has out. If Deathbringer is out he will strike down hard on his opponent on his next auto rooting them in place for 1 second and apply his blades passive. 15/14/13/12/11 sec cooldown. If Spellbringer is out then he charges his blade with a mystical power and on his next auto he sends one oh his opponents abilities on cool down and apply his blades passive. you have a 90% chance of getting a non ulti ability to go on cool down and only a 10% chance of getting an ulti to go on cool down. 20 sec cool down These two abilities run on separate timers so using one and then switching blades the other one will not be on cooldown.

R- Flash Step: He goes untargetable for .5 seconds and dashes forward in a straight line. He hits all enemy's along his path twice( once with each sword) dealing 50/75/100(+.5 ad) physical and 50/75/100(+.5 ap) magic damage. this ability is on a charge system and he can hold 2 charges of it. Charges refill every 35/30/25 seconds. He must wait 3 seconds before using another charge. This abillity hits all on hit efects. this is to be comboed with his E. If you charge your blade then use your ulti before auto attacking He will apply the effect to all enemies hit by ulti. so you can root several people or send an ability on cool down on several people.

Tell me what you guys think of this guy. Is he interesting, bad, good, strong, weak? Any suggestions on buffing or nerfing his kit are appreciated

Personally, looks like a hybridized and more annoying version of yasuo/jax. Sounds like a relatively solid assassin champ, maybe a little too much cc for one though. Obviously would depend on AD/AP scales for where they would shine, but as it sits you could theoretically if timed corrrectly you could E with DB to root, which may disable your opponents escape, your ult twice applying two different effects (multiple roots and multiple escapes or key spells forced onto CD, rendering the entire team useless)

I can't see this ever actually becoming a champion, would have more 1v5 potential than Kat already does.

Good basis, but I'd consider revising the ult's mechanics and how it synergizes with the rest of his kit to make the champ as a whole a little more reasonable.

Seems very similar to akali. However there are a few flaws.

  1. His e. Forcing enemy abilities to go on cool down? Giant no no. Like not ever going to be a possibility. It creates a "toxic" experience for the opposing player + rng is frowned upon.
  2. This guy has very little survivability. His ultimate is his only way to gap close or escape. On a melee champion without any poke this would make him unviable. A close example is yasuo. His e has no cd, just limitation on how many times you can to the same person.
