[Champion Concept Rework] Leonard, the Pickpocket Professional

This is a rework of my old concept which is not quite balanced.

>Stats

He is a small goblin that has a close personality to Ziggs. He likes to steal other's gold. He has a coin minigun as his primary weapon and a knife (that he doesn't use in combat). He is smart and very humorous.

Leonard has semi-high ability cooldowns that don't deal much damage. He relies on his passive to gain gold advantage so that he doesn't fall of late game. He is a hybrid tank that can build both AD and AP.

Health: 540 - 2045 Attack Damage: 58 - 112 Health Regen: 8.24 - 17.5 Attack Speed: 0.625 (+0% - 61%) Armor: 30 - 74 Magic Resist: 30 - 74 Ranged: 475 Move Speed: 335

"Ionia is my home, I will never attempt to destroy it!"

Those were supposed to be his last words before they threw him into the dark pit.

As a child, he was living in Ionia and was scouting and robbing Noxus and Zaun. He was short and green, having a child-ish personality, but an unreal dexterity and stealth. He never saw his parents, as they died in the invasion of Noxus. An old man took him away from his house while it was burning, and raised him up. Unfortunately, the old man died, and Leonard was very sad and felt alone, but that didn't stop him from going forward with his life.

One day, his fate flipped upside down. While he was robbing a house in Noxus, they catched and caged him, offering him freedom if he helped them in the attack against Ionia. Leonard negated, knowing what awaits him. They threw him into a dark pit, that seemed endless.

After 2-3 weeks, a random Ionian stumbled across the pit. He freed Leonard and gave him a minigun and new clothes. Leonard thank him and went to revenge himself.

>Abilities

Passive [Pickpocket]: Basic attacks against enemies grant enemy 1 stack of Empty Pockets (2 if its a champion). Abilities that hit the enemy detonate them, granting Leonard 0.25 gold per 1 stack. Stacks last 26 seconds. Additionally, killing a minion or monster grants +5% gold on the next income. Cooldown: 10 seconds

Q [Coingun]: Fires his minigun in a direction dealing 4/6/8/10/12 (+1.5% AD and +1% AP) physical damage per 0.08 seconds for 2 seconds for a total of 100/150/200/250/300 (+37.5% AD and +25% AP) physical damage. Cooldown: 16/15/14/13/12 seconds Range: 925

W [Gold Bullets]: Next 4 basic attacks deal 8/12/16/20/24 (+10% AP) additional magic damage and steal 3% movement speed for 4 seconds. The last attack stuns the target for 1 second. During this time, passive income is quadrupled. Cooldown: 20/19/18/17/16 seconds

E [Gold Digger]: Fires a claw that deals 20/40/60/80/100 (+15% AD) physical damage and attaches to the first enemy hit for 8 seconds. If the target gets stunned by Leonard in that time, this ability can be recast, pulling the enemy to him and dealing 40/80/120/160/200 (+45% AD) physical damage. Cooldown: 22/20/18/16/14 seconds Range: 825

R [Sneaky Steal]: Passive: Gets stealth for 1/1.5/2 seconds when near a wall. Cooldown: 16 seconds Active: Gets stealth for 3 seconds. Next basic attack deals bonus attack damage equal to 40/50/60% of AD and stuns the target by 0.75 second. Cooldown: 90/70/50 seconds
