Lucid, the dreamer
Lucid
Passive: Sixth Sense When Lucid is separated from his body, his body gains increased vision which pierces nearby walls, and his neither his body nor soul can be healed.
Q: Haunting Apparition Lucid releases a tormented apparition. If the apparition hits a target, it binds to their soul dealing damage and marking the target. If the target is in The Darkness the apparition deals damage over time.
W: Paranoia Lucid recalls the marked targets soul, dramatically reducing the targets vision, and slowing slightly. The soul grants Lucid a movement speed buff that decays over time. If the target is in The Darkness the soul deals bonus true damage.
E: Soul Eater Next basic attack deals bonus damage. If target is paranoid the damage is significantly increased, and briefly stuns the target. If the target is in** The Darkness** the duration of the stun is increased.
R: Purgatory Lucid falls asleep and his soul leaves his physical body. Lucid is unable to wake up or control his physical body until his soul is vanquished, his physical body dies, or his soul returns to his body (after a cool-down is completed). Lucid’s soul can still cast abilities, and if it returns safely back to his body, it heals lucid for its remaining health, if the heal is more than Lucid’s max health a temporary shield is granted. If Lucid’s soul is killed before returning to his body, Lucid loses a percentage of his max health, plus gets a decaying de-buff to movement speed. Passive: If Lucid’s soul is too far from his physical body it enters **The Darkness **and both the soul and the physical body begin to die. The longer the soul is in The Darkness the faster the health loss. If Lucid kills a target while in the darkness, the de-buff is reset.
Lore: Born into a poor family in the outskirts of the Bildgewater port, lucid grew up learning dirty tricks and manipulations. His parents stole and robbed whoever they could just to survive, but eventually were caught by the wrong people and never returned. Being so young with no family and no money, and not wanting to bare the same fate as his parents, Lucid began begging. It got him by from day to day but he had terrible nightmares sleeping on the streets, filled with paranoia of being recognized and killed for his family’s debts and fear of what’s around the next corner. As lucid grew older his dreams got worse and worse, and he began longing for a better and more fulfilling life. He had vivid dreams of living like his parents and robbing people for money, but he knew it was too risky. One night he dreamed of sneaking into the most notorious pirate’s ship, and stealing as much gold and loot as he could carry… and then he woke up, his pockets stuffed with gold. Panicked he hid the gold and found a place to hide, he could hear shouts of anger and new Miss Fortune would stop at nothing until she got her gold and killed Lucid. It was then that Lucid had finally realized his dreams were really a projection of his actually being, and he learned to control it. He became very powerful, and went to the League to perfect his skills and have a more meaningful life than remain a beggar or rob.
No damage values or anything like that set in stone. upgrading his ult would allow more range away from body, maxing around the distance that tahm kench can use his ult. drawing is just an idea (but to just have a homeless guy is kinda dumb hah.) probably a long channel for his ult and a cooldown to return to body and an additional cooldown to cast again. not too op if you can just find his body, was thinking maybe his soul has a percentage of max health? any comments are appreciated
