[CHAMPION IDEA] Ohraa the mediator take 2
Champion name: OHRAA Primary Role: FIGHTER Secondary Role: SUPPORT the mediator(i think the mediator part can be changed) Artistic description: sleek alien/ chameleon like, also take some cues from mew and mewtwo. I was thinking the walking animation should be like randal from monsters inc when snooping around. As for his auto attack animation, i think he should levitate and and not have any visible object hitting whatever he is attacking, instead have him do a karthus q-like auto attack.

PASSIVE: LIFE ESSENCE FLUX Ohraa has the unique ability to switch between his hp bar and mana bar, also depending on which life essence Ohraa is using, his abilities gain a different effect. When changing life essences, Ohraa becomes immobile for .5 seconds, when switching from hp to mana, Ohraa gains a 30% movement speed buff for 2 seconds, and when switching back, Ohraa gains a 30% attack speed buff for 2 seconds.. Cooldown for this passive only changes when he reaches levels 6, 11,16(11s/ 8s/5s) and are not affected by cdr. Cooldown at level 1: 14 seconds.
Q: Telepathic Flare Range: 475 units in a straight line that is about the same width as Lucian’s q. Cooldown: 10 seconds (is affected by cdr) Ohraa fires a psychic pulse in a line. While using your standard hp as your life essence, q deals physical damage and stuns whatever gets caught in the pulse. If she stuns more than 3 units, including minions and monsters, she involuntarily switches her life essence to her mana.(the involuntary switch resets your passive cooldown) Cost: 70 Mana PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 80/100/120/140/180(+75% bonus attack damage) While using your mana as your life essence, q deals magic damage and slows whatever is caught in the pulse. MAGIC DAMAGE: 80/100/140/160/200(+100% ability power) Cost: 10% current hp
W: Insult to Injury Range 450 units in an aura around Ohraa. Cooldown: 15/13/11/6( unaffected by cdr) Ohraa disrupts reality for an instant, affecting all enemies caught in range. While using hp as your life essence, you ignite all enemy champions without the hp regen debuff for 100 true damage in the time span of 4 seconds(25 true damage per second at level 1) PHYSICAL DAMAGE: 80/120/140/200/220(+20% bonus hp) Cost:100 mana
While using mana as your life essence all enemies within the range of your aura are snared for .5 seconds and dealt magic damage. In both forms, the ability can only be cast if the targets are under some form of crowd control. MAGIC DAMAGE: 75/100/175/200/250(+20% bonus mana) Cost: 8% current hp
E: Against your will Cooldown:12 seconds(affected by cdr) While using hp as your life essence Ohraa pulls and damages all enemy champions caught in range behind him in a line. FIRST CAST: Channel the ability for up to 2 seconds increasing the range of your ability and the distance of the pull. If the channel is interrupted, it goes on full cooldown but the mana cost is refunded. SECOND CAST: Ohraa pulls the enemies behind him in a straight line depending on where they were caught within the ability range. and Ohraa gains a 10% movement speed buff for 1.5 seconds. Cost:90 mana PHYSICAL DAMAGE:30/60/90/120/150(+75% Bonus attack damage) While using mana as your life essence Ohraa pushes enemies away from him in a line. The ability is essentially reversed, Ohraa does not gain any buff after the second cast, however, if the ability is interrupted, no hp is refunded. This ability can be cast while moving , however the direction of the ability cannot be changed. MAGIC DAMAGE:30/60/90/120/150(+75% ability power) Cost: 8% current hp
The shape of the ability the way i want it to be is a hand that as you increase the cast time, it slowly extends. So, it will start as a closed fist and then reach out a bit, as well as open its fingers by the end of the cast. It will remain the same shape in either form(hp/mana). The actual ability will be a type of psychic push/ pull, where the animation will be a hand actually pushing and pulling as a real hand would.
R: Excessive Gravitational pull/push Range: 550 units Cost: 15% life essence. Ohraa grows in size and becomes much denser, creating a gravitational field around her. While using hp, the ability is excessive gravitational pull, all enemies are slowed for the duration of the ability when facing away from Ohraa. SLOW:40%/50%/60% While using mana, the ability is excessive gravitational push, all enemies facing Ohraa are slowed for the duration of the ability. Ohraa is free to move around while casting this ability. SLOW:40%/50%/60% Cooldown: 120/90/70
This champion came to me while thinking about the lore in league, since there is a lot of champions that exist all around Runeterra, and since riot doesn't actually have a lore, i was thinking there should be something or someone that helped in the creation of the lore. Maybe all of the champions didnt live at the same time, considering they are "legends" it can be totally possible that someone made the whole idea a reality, someone not from Runeterra, that saw the potential and wanted it all to happen.
