Rumble buffs needed!! Side note: Jungle rumble item path is better then lane rumble

Rumble hasn't really been touched numbers wise for a while now, however the change in prices that occurred beginning with liandrys torment in patch 5.13 a while back made his usual first item a bit harder to get. Specifically the amp tone to blasting wand.(indirect Nerf) Still, that wasn't a big deal, in fact the change wast too notable, at least for me. Afterwards however(looking at you marksmen update 5.22) , the change in ap item costs in general went up, already since rumble has never used mana, most average costing ap items were useless to get. Now, however there is no early build path, you either wait and get a needlessly or you.....get boots? Point is, I've struggled to do well with rumble consistently now. And even though it could be argued that its just me as a player, the change in prices do SHOW how rumble has been nerfed indirectly. :( RUMBLE MAINS PLEASE AGREE
