New ideas for skins and championship skins

Hey DMortal1,

These all have potential to be awesome Championship skins! I'd love to see Rek'Sai in some Championship armor myself. :D

The criteria for the skin is for the champion to be impactful during the current season, so even we don't know who we're working with until we're pretty far into the season. Keep an eye out for these guys and girls next season, and if one of them is killin' it, you could see them rise to the occasion and be the 2016 Championship skin!
