Look at the imagine it looks like a basic raider from fallout 4, nothing unique or cool. While Katarina, has that energy coming out of her showing uniqueness and awesomeness, her attitude is perfectly fit for her together with her looks. The only really difference in terms of looks besides the obvious is the length of his hair which isn't to Kat's level.
