Annie kit is alittle too broken. you should make it so annie doesnt have a stunn.

The problem is her Q should be a skillshot like everyone else and tibbers plus flash should be . . . . yeah. I feel like it is way to easy for her to have an ability that can instantly hit enemies when it should be a skill shot. I don't know what they could do to fix tibbers plus flash besides removing her ult . . . which shouldn't happen because that is an iconic Annie ability.
Annie does not need a rework she just needs some bufs :3 Like true damage on her Q with 1.5 ap ratio :3
