Ahri charm doesn't work. [GAMEPLAY]

As i was playing a bot game i played ahri and every time i would charm someone they wouldn't walk towards me. they would just keep walking away but at had reduced movement speed like the charm does. it would only work once in a while or like at the end of the charm they will turn around and thats it. I dont know if it was just because of bots or not but please look into it!
