Aurelion Sol mini rework

Some think he's bad I say he's ok but there are some things that could be done. Q, the bigger it is the more damage. Please it's common sense. W, I have 2 ideas. One of the bigger problems is that with the stars more spread out it's easy for someone to sneak through. Either keep the small circle and have a second set of farther out stars spinning the other way around. Or have there be a few extra stars added on the loop around Now there could be a second added to his passive being every time you up your ult you get another bonus for you W, kinda like Kha Zix evolve.
