******PLEASE***** CHECK THIS OUT!!*******

First off, thank you for whoever reads this! But this is something that I think would be great and important to have. Hear me out. Have you ever started a game and found out that the JG didn't grab smite at the start? I know I have had that happen a few times and with those came games that were lost. My friends and I came up with an amazing idea to save yourself from that option. I know RIOT is adding new things to the system so I believe this shouldnt be to far out there. But what we were thinking is. If you have JG as the main role you picked. (When getting paired up to pick your champ.) If that was your role you should get a special ruling. In the first 3 minutes. (Or before minions spawn) There should be a tab itself or somewhere near that it should have the Summoner Spells there, you should be aloud to switch 1 and I mean only 1 of the 2 to smite if it registers that there is no smite on you or any of your teammates.

Just so no one would abuse this factor to confuse people in the loading screen, there should be penalties if you do it more than a certain limit in a weeks time. (Like doing it for 6 games in a row could lead you to a ban for a week, just an idea)
