Shayera, the New-Age of Technovore
Summary; tips & tricks:
Shayera is a malee assassin and a fighter. She has a good mobility and speed and also a fast killer. She can dominate easily by dealing tons of physical damage. She has multiple targeting skills, few splashes and spreading, and moderate cool-downs. Different consumable (plasma charges are used instead of mana or others). All the projectiles she causes have magical effects but she is programmed to be completely physical. The ability effects and visual items are very magical and glowing (glittering particles, stuns, knock away, anti-gravity, etc.). She is not much reliant on armor or magic resist items. Fast in a crowd, looks slow if left alone. Straight killer, but not a jungler! But with high pushing abilities, splashy abilities can make the targets make get attracted to her mostly. She also has strong defense. No need to depend much for defensive build ups. Plasma charges don't regenerate until visiting the base. Few skill-shots are hard and challenging. Useless without proper use of skill-shots (there is a chance of missing them). Channeling times are good. Low plasma consumption. A great disabling champion. Crowd control abilities are also there. Robotic and shiny skin. It’s like an android. Tall, quite muscular. Metallic voice. Full of actions (powerful movement talents in combats), etc.

The passive is ‘Nanotech Leach’. Whenever she deals damage to her targets, she restores certain amount of health after a few stacks. Dealing damage converts 80% of the damage dealt to champions and 50% for others at 10 stacks as health. This is unlike life-steal; because it will reduce your attack damage by 80%/50% and coverts them to health. Since 10 projectiles are needed, the passive might not allow Shayera to be much powerful. So, at the 10th stack, she immobilizes her target for 1.5 seconds. Life-steal usually gives permanent health regeneration with each basic attack and does not affect the basic attacks. But her passive have a negative sub passive that it converts AD into HP.

‘TOPB’ is the first active. It is ‘Techno Organic Pulse Burst’ which, upon activating, makes her core to release two penetrating shockwaves. It has a low amount of damage value because its effect is high. The first wave stuns all the nearby surrounding enemies for 1.5 seconds without damaging. After 1.5 seconds, the second TOPB is projected to deal 50/70/90/110/130 (+60% bonus AD) physical damage. It usually pushes the enemies on the second wave. This ability can be used as an escape tool, because she can move while triggering it.

‘Pulser’ is second. She sends a large beam which moves through units and weakens the armor of enemies and empowers the armor of allies. This reduces/increases their armor by 30% for 5 seconds. It deals 80/130/170/210/250 (+80% bonus AD) physical damage. This ability can be used as offensive and support for the enemies and allies.

These are ‘Terror Drones’. These drones are 4 legged robots with great talents. They are uncontrollable. They have the talents of: cleverly hides in the bushes and waits for the weakest champions, chases the vulnerable one first, don’t want to go in the turret range without valid reason, may want to scatter around the battlefield and get other lanes. They don’t just get her kills, but also behave and help other get kills as well. Shayera can releases 3 drones every 9 seconds. About 15 drones are accepted in a battlefield. Each drone detonates when it get too close to a locked target. You can also see that which enemies they are targeting. Each of these cute critters will deal 25/30/35/40/45 (+25% bonus AD).

Finally, the ultimate is ‘ZPGMS’ or you can call it, ‘Zero Point Gravity Manipulating Storm’. This ability is a channeling ability by which she covers a targeted area of 700 units range with a storm where matrixes fall from the sky. Enemies inside will be slowed down by 40%. After two seconds, the enemies in there will be picked up by anti-gravity very far out in the atmosphere. Once again, after another two seconds, they will be dropped back to the earth with a lot more than the normal gravity. So, because of dropping them such heavily, it deals massive damage of 425/550/675 (+250% bonus AD).

Once there was a peaceful planet of Technovore. It was created, not born naturally, by the world known as ‘Black Mesa’…
It was the year 2050 for Earth…
…but it presented a dystopian alternate history of Earth, where the resources of the planet, including the human race itself, are being harvested by an oppressive multidimensional empire, known as the Combine. The world was governed by five brothers: Lesh, Paradox, Ray, Xen and Guy. They decided to search for any source of life until they found an unknown planet, Earth.
This all started because of a legendary key called ‘The Dark Energy’. This key is a powerful source of raw energy; powerful enough to even destroy the sun thus the world as well. All agreed not to destroy a planet with life; until one had defied the rule, Xen.
A fierce war was taken place for saving Earth. Xen and others know the power of the key and wanted it…use it and the Earth’s technology which were so secured by human. Human decided to join Black Mesa to help the good side of the five brothers. Then the discovered more powerful technology.
Xen was the toughest of his brothers, so they decided to somehow steal it and hide it from him in a place of Earth still unknown.
After hundred years of research, they created Shayera, a techno-organic android with the core of Dark Energy. She was believed to be a greatest invention of Mesa to stop Xen. During the time, the scientists, including Shayera, at the Black Mesa Research Facility, accidentally caused an inter-dimensional instability known as a resonance cascade and later as the "Black Mesa Incident", when an experiment on an alien crystal sample went wrong. Alien creatures, such as the Vortigaunts and headcrabs, from the borderworld of Xen, flooded into the facility. Shayera fought her way through them and the government cover-up response combat units, making it to the Facility's Lambda Complex. There, the Lambda scientists helped Shayera teleport to a place where she destroyed a large alien entity keeping the rift open. She was then suddenly extracted by the mysterious Rax, who had been watching her over the course of the war. Impressed with her ability to survive against all odds, the Rax offered her a job before placing her into stasis, which Shayera had no option but to accept.
Sometime after the ending of, the instability at Black Mesa had attracted the attention of the Combine Empire, and they invaded Earth. Humanity surrendered at the conclusion of the resulting "Seven Hour War". Petropia, the capital, became the home of the gigantic Combine Citadel, and Dr. Wallace Breen, the Administrator of Black Mesa who had negotiated the surrender, was appointed representative and Administrator to supervise the survivors on behalf of the Combine. Unable to breed due to a Combine suppression field, humanity matured. The Combine implemented a brutal police state of Civil Protection officers and Overwatch soldiers by recruiting and biologically assimilating humans and other species. Meanwhile an underground "Lambda Resistance" of humans and Vortigaunts, now working together, were formed, and saw Shayera, as a savior who would lead them to freedom.
